How would I be billed?808 Talent Source offers several plans for our client. You will be billed according to the plan that you choose. Bills will be sent out via invoice a prior to the project start and then continuously as long as you require our services.

How do we work remotely/virtually?With the age of the internet, 90% of the things you need to have done in your business can be done remotely. You can use a project management system to create projects, upload files, and communicate. For “face to face” communication, you can use Skype, Google Meet, or Zoom.

What happens if I do not like the completed project?At 808 Talent Source, we want all of our clients to be satisfied with the level of service that they receive. So, we provide a satisfaction guarantee that assures you that you will be satisfied with the finished product, or we will work tirelessly to make it right.

How do you track the time spent on my project?At 808 Talent Source we try not to time manage of VA’s. We manage based on project completion and satisfaction. We suggest that you give the VA enough work to complete with time the time package ordered with a 30-minute leeway for incidentals. If you really want to tract the time that your VA spends on each task we can do that through one of many software that will take periodic screen shoots of the VA’s computer screen during work hours.

Is there a contract?No, we do not bind our client to contract. You can choose to stop services at any point.

Since I have to pay upfront for services, do I get my money back if I don’t want to complete the project?"No, the fees charged for services are non-refundable.

What are your rates?Our prices are based on the project you need done and/or the package that you chose.

Is the signup fee applicable to all?Yes, everyone who is a first-time client of 808 Talent Source, must pay the $99 sign up fee. If you leave and come back later, you will not have to pay the fee again, as long as you are doing the same business.

I am not located in the US. Can you still help me?Yes, we can! We provide services worldwide. Our clients are in various countries around the world.

How do I know that my business and customer details will be safe?Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. We offer all clients and VA’s a legally binding NDA (non-disclosure agreement). We take all security and privacy issues very seriously and sternly insist on the same level of personalized from all of our staff members.

How long will it take us to get started?Once we have your details, we immediately begin to organize your support. This will ensure the smoothest possible transition from your company to our support services.

How do I communicate with my VA?Yes! You will need to assign task to this person and follow up with task. We suggest that you do this daily through email or other modes of communication.

Will my virtual assistant be able to work unsupervised?Yes, definitely. You will be able to assign your VA task that they can take care of independently. If they do have a question, they will defer to you using the best mode of communication.

Can we put our VA on our website as a team member?Yes, you can. You should treat your VA as a trusted and valuable team member.

Can we issue our virtual assistant an email address?Yes, you should issue your VA a company email address. You don’t want them to use their personal email to correspond with your clients and others on your behalf.

What happens if the internet gets disconnected?If in the event of disconnection or a power failure, your virtual assistant will communicate with their team manage who will contact you via email, phone, or via text message.
