When 808 Talent Source was founded, it wasn’t just to fill staffing gaps—it was to bridge opportunity gaps. Our mission has always been bigger than business. We believe in people. In potential. And in the power of dignified work to transform families and communities.

Our founder had seen it firsthand: brilliant, capable individuals—both in the U.S. and abroad—being overlooked simply because of geography or circumstance. He understood what many business leaders eventually realize: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.

One story that sticks with us is of a talented administrative professional from Mindanao who had earned two degrees but was told repeatedly she was “overqualified” or “not a fit.” After joining 808 Talent Source, she now leads remote operations for a U.S. tech client—and recently trained two new hires of her own. This is not charity. This is capacity building.

We are proud to work with talent from underserved communities in the United States, the Philippines, the Caribbean, and beyond, paying fair wages, offering real career pathways, and matching them with purpose-driven businesses who truly value their contribution.
